I just want to point out that the Deadly cloak which is only like 30k honor is def better then most of the pre bis cloaks. It provides some unique gems that are minor upgrades initially and purchasable by anyone in SWP. Both the Limb Regeneration Bracers and Bands of Fading Light are very close to one another, so we recommend chasing both if your aim is to gear as fast as possible.
